Our story
Formed to make distressed debt research legible
Albulus Advisors Germany GmbH was formed in Frankfurt am Main to study a market that is often opaque: real estate loans that have fallen into distress. Our work sits between credit analysis, valuation and legal process, and we publish our findings to help lenders, researchers and professional investors understand how these positions behave.
We are not a fund, a broker or a deposit-taking institution. We do not manage third-party capital and we do not sell paid services. Our role is to analyse, document and explain — nothing on this site should be read as an offer, solicitation or recommendation.

Our office on Goetheplatz is home to a compact team of credit analysts, valuation specialists and legal researchers. We keep the firm deliberately small so that our published research stays close to primary sources rather than being diluted across a large organisation.
